Michal Kroft is the Managing Partner at the legal office NWD Legal in the Czech Republic. He is the head of a section specialized on Corporate, Commercial, and Competition Law (including Public Tenders). Michal has been involved in work for major Czech, Slovak and international companies on numerous projects including privatization, acquisitions, joint ventures, forensic audits, international arbitrations, commercial contract matters and corporate reorganizations. Michal is also currently active on numerous engagements relating to media and eBusiness, and has extensive experience in the area of Public Tenders and Personal Data Protection.
